DB Lab A/S has been acquired by ALS Limited on the 24th of May 2022.

DB Lab A/S retains its CVR number (DK7310 9310) and its registration in the DB Lab name with the Danish Medicines Agency.

Our entity registrations are thus still DB Lab A/S.

This should mean that our customers are not forced to update registrations.

We will get a new name on the front door.

We perform the same analyses, projects and we will provide the same good service as before the acquisition.
