Powder analyses

DB Lab performs different types of powder tests according to Ph.Eur. og USP.

Bulk density – the density of the powder packed by falling freely into a container of defined dimensions.

Tapped density - the density of the powder packed by tapping the container

Sieving - Particle-size distribution estimation by analytical sieving.

Angle of repose - the powder is falling through a funnel and makes a cone on the surface.
